I had n problem with deductions on my credit card and go to Worcester woolworths because its the nearest store so I have to travel 145km from where I lives. So I was twice this year in Worcester to solve the problem but every time I've to complete a dispute form because head office don't know where my forms are and had to fax it again. After the last time I talk to one of the Indian guys of head office he promise me to come back to me but still I been waiting for this call.
