Applied for cellphone insurance no service

Firstly I moaned about the pathatic internet application for cellphone insurance from Truworths.

After all the dilema someone eventually phoned me to confirm that I've been sucessfully insured through the Truworths cell phone insurance and that my first payment would be on the 30th of August 2013.

I gave my correct banking details and we reaching the second week of September 2013 and still waiting for the R106.00 to be deducted from my bank account.

In short basically this means that I' technically not insured since no payment was deducted.

How pathetic!!!

DO NOT PHONETO APOLOGIZE FOR THE NON DEDUCTION!!!
AND DO NOT DEDUCT THE AMOUN FROM MY ACCOUNT AS I'M BUSY LOOKING FOR A MUCH BETTER SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE ME WITH CELL PHONE INSURANCE!!!

APPOINT THE CORRECT STAFF TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS PROPERLY!!!
