Huge lumpsomes mysteriously deducted from account!!

I am highly disapointd in edgars. Got increase offer, was reluctant due to past struggles wit edgars, decided 2 take offer.05/09 increased limit, bot few items, cr limit=? r750. 05/09cr limit=r260sumthing. I hadn't used my acc since 01/09.Whr did the r500 go? This is a huge inconvenience on my side. This is not the kinda service I expect from a shop iv been a loyal customer to 4 many yrs & was plannin on stickin with it 4 many yrs to come. Its not my 1st tym havin a problem like this neither is it a 2nd, I cannot keep wasting my time & energy on ur incompetency. Unfortunately this tym an apology will not be enough as I believe sorry means it won't happen again but it seems this is a continuous struggle with u guys. Its heartbreakin 2 see a place I have invested so much tym & energy on & hav given such great compliments wen talkin 2 friends, family and other people yet I continuously keep gettin shady lumpsome amounts mysteriously deducted from my account. Disapointn 2 say the least!
