Rotten cold meat / bad service

On the 23/01/2013 I purchased a bulk pack of cold meat (chicken, ham, beef) for R68.99, on opening the packets I found that all the meat was rotten. The next day I returned the rotten meat and was served by a lady called Mthembeni. No greeting was exchanged, and while servicing me she continued to talk in Zulu to two other staff members and the only time she communicated with me was to ask me to write down my name and telephone no and also asked for my credit card (so that she could refund my account). On completion of the refund I enquired as to why there had been absolutely no appology from her on behalf of Pick & Pay, to which she replied that if I wanted an appology she would have to call somebody else!! Perhaps she assumed that a refund was an appology!
I later went onto the Pick & Pay web site and sent a complaint, only to get a reply saying that my mail was unable to be processed!
I am disgusted with the fact that Pick & Pay sold rotten meat as well as the fact that their staff can not or will not even offer an appology on behalf of the Company. The level of service being offered is shocking.
