Disappointing results at Mac

Yesterday 2nd September, i called Rosebank Mac branch to ask if they had palettes in. Th response was yes. Today i drove through from Pretoria only to find they had no stock of what i had asked. They had a tester available but refused to arrange with the manager to sell it to me, considering the distance id driven. I continued to shop, only to discover most of what i needed was 'out of stock'. I also asked thatthe sales assistants help me empty my blush and eye shadow containers - they showed me one and said it would take to long for them to do them all. My total spent today was R2600. I studied at Lisof this year where we were promised 10% discount which i never got to see as 'they wernt self standing stores' or 'were offline', or 'didnt know about it'. How am i expected to shop at MAC and freelance with MAC products if this is the treatment im going to recieve? I tried emptying my eyeshadows and blushes, and broke and shattered most of my product.
