Wrong product info given, no reply from supplie

I went to Foshini Canal walk just over two months ago and the Clinique lady there promised me if i bought their Clay Mask that it wont irritate my excema and now my excema is back. I then started a month ago sending Clinique inbox messages on Facebook aswell as email and NO-ONE came back to me while i am sitting with a big black mark around my mouth. Very upset as i did not pay peanuts and expect better service!!!
