I am a customer and order 90% of my spares from full throttle for the motorcycle's that I work on for customers. Customer gave me his 2004 R1 for a service ordered all parts through Jonothan. the air filter was wrongly ordered because of the customers bike that is not registered in the correct year. He asked me for the frame nr to order the correct filter. he never phoned back like promised. when I phoned him after several phone calls he puts Andrew on the phone now they want a engine nr. I told him that there was a mistake its a 2003 and I emailed the photo as well. he told me that who's problem is this? very arrogant and not customer friendly. when I told him that I would not purchased there I can not wait 2 weeks for a filter I want a refund. I paid cash he told me to send him the slip that I gave him in return for a "coupon". You can get no manager when you phone they give the phone directly for Andrew he replied give me your bank details. I did so via mail and will take this further if not refunded. think bike SA ect should also know about this will also let the paper know beeld if I must.
