Breakfast Scone is disgusting

I had a breakfast muffin from your branch in Gardens, Cape Town (Engen), and it was horrible. Firstly, it was still icy cold inside after I took my first bite. I then took it back to heat up some more. However, no amount of heating would have saved the actual taste of the scone. The "egg" was some sort of poor effort of a poached egg, i think. The cheese was processed. I couldn't take another bite and felt nauseous for a while afterwards. It was really unpleasant and tasted completely synthetic and not fresh at all. I have become accustomed to your excellent food options, but this really let me down. Revolting to say the least. I hope you consider fresher options in the future.
