A difficult gift to be returned

I bought a birthday gift for a friend over the christmas period (29.12.2012) Lentheric gift set which consisted of a watch, cologne and deodorant body spray. My friend returned the wat, ch to me because it was faulty, i went into the branch in March 2013 where i left the watch, i was then contacted by Judith tocollect the watch asit was arranged with their supplier an exchange would took place at my home. This never happened i even got my son in law involved who also went into the store and got to speak to Liz at head office whom explained that they do not have this specific watch in stock but as soon as they have it they will contact us. Nothing came to pass on 27 May 2013 i went into a clicks store in Vredenburg who tried to assist me i spoke to Liz that day and she promised me that i would receive the watch in the next 3 days THIS NEVER HAPPENED. This forced me back to Clicks Tokai early August and i still left unhappy. i went back yesterday 31 August and Judith was not there. My main concern is that the guarantee as well as its nearly christmas again and the bad thing is it was a gift. Clicks im DISGUSTED with your service!!!
