Bad attitude

I'm disgusted by the service I received from a Tshepiso lady (cashier) at Jabulani Mall Game Store. Modika was very friendly when assisting me because the problem started when I wanted to purchse a Game shopping voucher for the value of R350 and she explained that her computer doesn't do voucher activation so she sent me to Tshepiso for her to assist me. She basically treated me like I have dirty money and she wasn't willing to assist me in any way. I left eventually without the voucher. Please give her customer care training as she clearly knows nothing about that.
