Edcon trashes my name!

I was retrenched from work in 2012... with a R100 installment i requested, not knowing how long it would be till earned an income again, that Edcon allows me to pay a reduced amount. They graciously lowered it to R10 per month. I've been employed for the past year, since then I haven't used my account, just to be safe. I tried to use it a while back as it says on my acc i have credit available, only to be told "your account is blocked" and later find out that I'm registered as a slow payer with a CB. This is disgusting, now I'm trying to fix this situation and i get no replies to emails and the call center staff have been hanging up on me... If there is ONE competent individual in the finance department willing to assist, please contact me.

This serves as a WARNING to anyone who tries to do the right thing by being honest and arrange a repayment plan.
