Awesome Customer Service alive and well

Took in my Samsung Monitor (still under warranty) for repairs.

Dumi was knowledgeable and efficient (very rare these days in all customer service areas). She kept me in the loop the whole time, honoured all her call backs and made me feel valuable.

Some companies employ staff, others are lucky enough to have assets in the form Dumi.
