Poor service! telephone atiquette is horrible

I bought a furniture at game when I call needed help their phone is not attended to or they put me on hold without saying anything then hung up. I'm so disapointed with their service because I'm working during the week and I was hoping they can help me over the phone. They might as well remove those numbers on their reciepts. Or hire people who realy want to give service to customers. " Or is it because its game from soweto only BLACK poeple buy there that's why they do that"
