I am not a difficult customer, very understanding in fact, but to this point I am TOTALLY off. I purchased furniture at Furniture City Southgate on the 2nd August 2013. All was well on that day, service was perfect and I was told my stuff will be delivered in 72hours. 72 hours turned out to be 3 full weeks of which I did not receive everything. I have not received the fridge I purchased and was told it would be at the warehouse on the 26th August 2013, I called the warehouse and they know NOTHING of this. I called the branch and they told me they will call me. I hear that line all the time..."we will call you" if not "Bheki will call you". Bheki who is suppose to be the sales consultant is on leave... so what??? what does that have to do with me??? I am a customer I need service and proper service in fact! I want that fridge at my place by Friday! Why are they selling things they don't have and making empty promises, they don't even call me... I've had to call them all the time to follow up... NEVER HAVE I RECEIVED SUCH BAD SERVICE.
