New Look Tailor
Item never returned

I took a shirt to New Look Tailors in the Pick n Pay Tableview Shopping Centre for alterations and paid them for these alterations. The store closed down without prior warning with my shirt still inside. I left my contact details with Athena at Centre Management for them to contact me after they had gotten hold of the owner of the shop, but they never contacted me. When one of my numerous phone calls to Anthena was finally answered, she merely gave me the contact details of the owner of the shop. The shop has since been emptied and the owner has not answered one of my phone calls or responded to any of my messages and I am forced to let my shirt go.
I think this is shocking service by centre management who should be there to protect their customers, especially since I had asked to be contacted!
