Pick 'n Pay Elgin mall disappoints again

I know I'm writing this late, but I haven't had a chance until now. I went to PnP Elgin Mall to buy some veggies and saw a premade salad and decided to buy it. The label said it was packed that day. When I got home and opened it up everything except the lettuce was off! Unfortunately (and lucky for them) I didn't have the time to take it back. This is not the 1st time I'm complaining about this store and rotten food and it's not the second time I've bought rotten veggies from them either. PnP has already lost my monthly grocery shop to Checkers as they're cheaper and have more variety, but now this shop has completely lost my business. I'm tired of wasting money at this place as well as their staff are the most unfriendly bunch I have ever come across. They need to take some tips from Pnp Van Riebeeck Park who have the MOST friendly staff.
