Awesome web assistance thanks to Z'Don

After a crumby start to the day, I figured some online shopping will lift my spirits. Of course, thanks to my luck, I had some technical problems and was faced with the choice to either call the 086 # or try the online web assistant. Not being in the mood to actually speak to someone, I opted for the online chat.
