Not Enough Float

I bought clothes at Legit. I wanted to return it for credit on sunday the 18th of August 2013 and the lady told me that she must make a sale first before she can credit. I then wanted to buy something small so that she can open her till. Then she said, no she only has R200 in her till and cant give that and that i must come back later. I was very upset but understood as it was 11am in the morning. Maybe it was too early for any sales.
I then went back today, 21st August 2013 at 15:00, and again they said they only have the R200 float and cant give that. The stuff i wanted to credit is R300. But still, this is totally redecilous and i cant drive up and down everytime to credit my stuff and then there is no float.
