Found a in my baby's milk

I found a in my baby"s milk (Lactogen 2) last week Tuesdayand called in on Wednesday to complain and the receptionist at headoffice promised for it to be collected on Thursday which never happened and by friday it was still not collected and i called her she said she will call UTI and call me back after a hour! Used my airtime to make all the calls!!! it is MONDAY already and still no call i am so fed up now
