Why such service and attitude

Just to bring to your attention. Your deVille branch in durbanville is cheating customers everyday. At that branch I have been insulted by cashiers, been charged incorrect prices, refused to be refunded, had to wait 20mins for a price check, sold "past sell by date" items twice and been sold off produce once. The manager at that branch is pathetic, I have seen him numerous times fight with customers and flat out refuse to help customers. I tell you what though, the next time I need to speak to him I will be recording the conversation and I will post that audio clip to every social media site I can find and I will also be reporting the behavior to the local papers.

I am sick of seeing others and myself receive such service from a store chain that usually doesn't have this issue. Please address the matter before I address it for you.
