Bad Service and poor quality goods

I bought some clicks brand nappies last week Thursday only to find that about 6 of the nappies in the pack has no strap fasteners on it, I am very much irritated, I then made contact with the clicks call centre and spoke to Carl who said he is unable to assist me and that I would need to take the matter up with the store manager were I did the purchase he then put me through only to be told the manger is not available as they are in a meetings and I was then put through to Wagied who is the training manager, he then advised me that I would need to bring the pack in and they would replace it, I am so irritated by the level of service as i now need to be inconvenienced by having to arrange for the nappies to be taken back to the store and get a replacement, none of the individuals i spoke to even mentioned a sorry for the they sold me and here i thought clicks was all about servicing their customers.
