Handbag fading colo

I bought a bag @ Woolies in April 2012 the problem I had with that bag was fading colour everytime it catches rain drops. Until it gorse then I took back @ Woolies. Audrey the store manager took it. She called me aftrer 3 weeks she called me telling me the problem was unjustifyable. I didn't take the bag coz I couldn't understand what's she meant because u can see that the bag has a problem. I'm still waing for Woolworths to get bag to me because the bag is still with them.
