Amila mixed berry juice made my daughter ill

My daughter drank about 2 glasses of the amila mixed berry juice and within hours she had dark red urine and dark red poo. Initially we thought it was blood but upon closer inspetion reveiled it looked and smelt like the berry juice she had just drank. She had terrible diarrea, and burnt bottom, we eventually had to take her to the dr. Contacted Promasidor, who then promised feedback. It has been a little over two moths with no response. Their mixed berry juice no longer on the shelves in shops in my area. I would like further clarification.
