Incredible Connection
Sick and tired

Purchased brand new Samsung Laptop and office 365- spent over R6000 and the thing does not work- had the pc by the expert technician for 2 days and take it home and office 365 does not load and cant activate. I am ready to smash the pc. I have missed meeting and losing money everyday due to this. You expect to buy this and have pleasant experience but its been one of my worst experience ever. I cant do this anymore- The PC and office is getting returned tomorrow- I want my money back and I want to go somewhere else, no questions asked or I take this further!!!
