Canal Walk Shopping Centre
ABSOLUTE FILTH AND DISGUSTED

After not having stepped foot in Canal Walk since October 2012, I am disgusted at how degraded the centre has become in less than 10 months. We have a Brazilian student staying with us for 3 months and were equally excited to show her our super fantastic Shopping Centre! On using Entrance 2 I popped into the bathrooms that I have always used for the past 6 years when conducting business in the Mall. On walking through the passages leading to the ladies / gents and paraplegic bathrooms, I was appalled at the toilet paper strewn in the passage way. On entering the Ladies bathrooms, 2 of the 3 cubicles were locked and clearly not in use and the 3rd had urine and water on the floor with overflowing toilet paper and filth in the cubicle itself. The walls are filthy, the floors are DISGUSTING, the stench ~ unbearable! (well I have smelt better smelling pig sty's before) I decided to then use the Paraplegic toilet only to find them in a far worse state than the ladies. The toilet was blocked, no hand towel, filthy floors covered in urine and water (fowl). Canal Walk Centre Management if you were employed by me ~ I would have fired your months back! Pull up your sock or move on!
