@Home Embarrassed me & don't follow due dilligence

Lats week I went to pay my account at @Home. Upon trying to make a simultaneous purchase, they loudly informed me my account was closed. Given that I have a squeaky clean credit record, clean @Home account and nothing in arrears practically in the last 5 years, I was gobsmacked to hear my account had been closed back in March already. Upon asking why, the assistant called head office only to tell me loudly and in public in-front of other customers that my account was closed by @Home because of. When questioning this again, they tell me that making multiple purchases on the same day leads to account closure. Not only did @Home never once contact me to discuss potential, nor to tell me my account was closed. I have been paying religiously 1st of each month which @Home are only too happy to take my payments but could not be bothered to check with me re and account closure AND to embarrass me in-front of other customers. To add insult to injury some trainee upstart threw the Terms & Conditions at me stating they had every right to do so. I subsequently requested a scissors, cut the card up, settled my account in full, closed account & left. Will never shop there again.
