False advertising

Good day
i went to buy Omo Auto at Clicks Carlton Centre on the 31 Jul 13, the pack said guaranteed Main /Pedi or Movie Ticket or Meal Voucher with purchase, see back pack for more information but the pack did not have any information about that. Here is the pack details Bar Code 3152 00:49 EXP 01/6/15 F6BP, this is false advertising as I did not get anything as stated in the pack. I asked the lady that helped me Vuyo where are the things advirtised in the pack she told me to read the pack, but i told her there was no information, she said she does not know.
I have forwarded emails to both CClicks and Omo to date no one from any of this retails has bothered to contact me or anything
