Inability to repai

This company lacks the ability to resolve technical issues we have with two Kyocera multi function printers. These two units have spent more time out of service than in service. Furthermore MPU Copiers only takes any decisive action when correspondence is sent informing them of pending legal action, even then it does not always help. My recommendation is not to purchase Kyocera products and secondly do not recommend MPU Copiers as a supplier due to aforementioned poor service and that they only supply Kyocera products.
