We purchased a MX8 in October 2012 from this store. The unit now only move on one place in a circle. When we returned the product i'm being told they will only send a technician to my house to investigate. I mean what the #### is there to investigate if i tell them what the problem is. Its not the first time i'm dealing with swimming pools. The previous Zodiac creepy last me 3 years with no problems. Now i replaced it last year and not even a year later its giving a problem.
And then the store wants to send a 3rd party to my house to investigate. This is not acceptable. Who is liable for the cost of the 3rd party's services? And do they make me out as a?
I want the product to be exchanged. I did not pay R2300 for a product to last not even a year. Now i have even more expenses to go to the mall and get this type of service.
