Promise all! Just Receive endless trouble

I purchased 2x KIC fridges in April 2013 and signed a contract stating that i will be paying for 36 months. On delivery of 2 fridges 1 was deeply scratched and William the sales rep was shown called 1 month later to say that the one fridge's motor is making a noise! I only received my contract after nearly have the fridges for a month after nearly asking daily for it! Now i have been trying to get the insurance taken off from the fridges as i have household and life insurance! This has been since May! it is now August! and my response from the branch manager in Brits and by William is the same each time, the regional manager is managing it! when i ask for the regional manager's contact details, it cannot be given as he needs to be at a branch to receive call! HOW Ridiculous! Very poor service delivery! This will not be the end of my fight to get my money back!
