RASH BECAUSE OF EYE SHADOW

Good Morning

I bought eye shadow about 2 months ago and after the first application iv noticed a rash on my eye lids, i discontinued using the product as i thought its something else, after treating the rash i applied it again and i have noticed the rash is back
I only use Revlon products (sprays, make-up) and i am very dissapointed in this.
