Money withdrawn from my card and still no responce

Money withdrawn from my card, i went to truworth Rustenburg and used my bank card and cashier did not return the card with the slip, I noticed that on my way home, .bt with hopes of gettin my card back the next day, i got alarmed to see a R1000 being withdrawn from my card and i went straight to the store, the cashier remembers me but not what happened 2 my card. Store manager was gonna get back to me, and a month later she is still getting back to me. I applied for a new card and i lost a R1000 just like that with no response
