I bought a christening robe for my grand daughter 6-12 months, 8-10kg. My grand daughter is 5 months and weighs 5, 5kg. We have exchanged the garment 3 time with no avail, all of the robes are too small. At the second exchanged I was informed that they will try and source a larger garment by Friday. I phoned the manager to inform her about the problem and to enquire about the status of the appropriate size they would have sourced. The lady was extremely rude and informed me that they do not refund any garments and I will have too keep the existing robe because it is company policy not to refund customers after which she slammed the phone down in my ear.
