FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

I came across a promotion on Makro's website for a wicker patio lounge suite, the article (terrace leisure 4 piece Oasis lounge suite) was marked at R2, 999.00. I decided to go into Makro Strubens Valley to purchase the lounge suite and once I found it, it was marked at R4, 499.00. I asked a salesman for assistance and showed him the promotion on my mobile phone, he called a sales manager who told me that the promotion was for a different product that was now sold out. Even though the description and photograph of the product was identical.
While standing with him I then found a promo for the same set with a patio heater included for R4, 499.00 on the web site and the manager could not explain why they would sell a set with a R1, 500.00 heater included for the same price as it would cost without the heater. What a waste of time!
