Good customer service

I Noma Ramokoka called the above mentioned store on the 13th Jan 2013 looking for Guess denim which they had no size, but Ayanda the consultant took it upon herself to look for the item in other branches. She told me she will call other branches and give me feedback, which she did and I found the item at the Sandton branch. I was very impressed with her keeping her promise and following up, given the fact that I once expirienced bad service at the same store it would be so unfortunate not to mention when good has come out of the East Rand Mall Foschini.
