Great Service

I would like to say big ups to Woolies at Brooklyn branch in Pretoria, I bought briefs a month ago & noticed some holes on them.

After sending an email to the Woolworths customer services, they advised me to take the underwears to any branch, I did yesterday & without any hassle, they took them & gave me a gift card, which I used at the same store to get an item.

I am quite impressed with the service & I am sure happy to be their customer, now I must get myself that bag I saw for mysellf this weekend :-)
