Late delivery

Takealot arranged me that they will deliver my package before 15:00 yesterday. They only came at 15:45, when I had already left for an urgent appointment. (Luckily I could arrange with a colleague to collect it for me.) Yet they have the audacity to say on the website they delivered it by 14:12!
BAD EXPERIENCE...
