POOR SERVICE FROM STAFF AND SAMSUNG

The honourable Makro,

I didn't want to complain, but must as per family says.

I took a faulty 6 month old Samsung microwave to Makro Strubensvalley on Thursday, on arrival I waited to be served, I had to ask to be served mind you.

Then a Makro security lady sits behind the counter and CLEANS HER TEETH WITH A PAPER CLIP IN FRONT OF ME AND STAIRS AT ME. She said she is a security only, if that's the case she must no be behind the counter.

Then the assistant was confused when I told he to state NO scratches or damages, then she was eish, let me "calla ama management", the manager told her to type the condition on the job card. Couls she not have just done that on her own?

The refunds counter and room is always in a BIG MESS, with staff shouting and thinking they are on holiday, can this refunds room be more professional and less STUFFY?

Lastly, my ref no is: 2160677

It is Winter, I am without out hot drinks and food as we bought the microwave for warming food etc, now Samsung sell me inferior goods.

Samsung sells FONKONGS, I should have just bought a MIELE once.
