The hinge broke on 11/01 and we reported it on 12/01 to Rafis - it was only looked at on the 17/01

We have already been 12 days with a broken door and are looking at at least another week

I called and left a message for Allain on 21/01/2013. I had to call him myself today and he denied that i left a message. Fortunately my telephone system records all my conversations and therefore i can prove i did.

The feeling that i het from whirlpool is that they dont care.

I would like to know who is responsible for damaged goods due to lack of service. I can understand a couple of days to get the part but two weeks or possible more?

Who is liable should the door fall off and land on someone?

What about other damages that are occurring and extra strain been put on the one hinge - are both been replaced?

I am no technician but there must be damage to the internal workings of the top hinge?

Allain promised he would get back to me this morning after my last call to him. I had to phone again this afternoon and he did not want to speak to me and put me through top a Cassan. He promised to get back to me in a few minutes. 30 minutes ago.
