No Birthday Vouchers 2 years in a row

Last year i never received a voucher and every time i queried at the store or call centre they advised some one will call me back, i completely forgot about it till this year again, my birthday came and went and no voucher.
I called the call centre and they were confused as they said they not sure if i get a voucher or thank you points aded which doesnt matter to me since i didn't get eihter., i was promised a call back and to this day no one called (that was more then a month ago)
So 2 years in a row no birthday voucher or points or whatever!
