Unpleasant Service

I have bought a belford bedroom suite from homechoice, my order was supposed to arrive in the afternoon as per arrangement and it was deliverd at 8pm, not everything was delivered and the driver was rude. He did not want to connect the bedroom suite . he offered to give us night stands for low price and we must not tell anyone at homechoice. He came to the house 3 consecutive days to connect the bed and he failed to do so. my partner ended up connecting the bed. He offered another set of goods for an extra price of which we refused as we will be paying homechoice every month by debit order.
