False advertising

Beares advertise a low price for their products yet when you go into the store the price doubles because of "insurance" admin fee ect... Double!! from what was advertised... And when I told the credit clerk I've got my own insurance and don't need additional insurance I was told it will take to long to verify and it take months before I can get my goods so he suggests I take their insurance yet I know it isn't such a pain staking exercise as he claims. More!!!
