Failure to provide service

I have started to do sport again after a couple of years, and decided to treat myself with new gear I frequently buy from the three different Sportsmans Warehouse in DBN.

On my second to last trip I bought some extra accessories. I played a game of tennis in between, and to my surprise my glasses fell off due to the rubber on the string that were supposed to hold it up broke. My wrists also was full of red fluff, to which I discovered that the wristbands were very poorly made (they were coming apart).

On my last trip I thought to return these two items, and look at some other apparel to buy. To my surprise they took half an hour with an empty store to tell me that they cannot replace simple wristbands because it was bought at a different sportsman warehouse, and were looking for the other item.By this time I was late to get back to work, and quite frustrated.

The items were low value, but I was appalled by low service levels. I bought from sportsmans a lot, but will recommend to anyone from my club, and other clubs we play league with to stay away.

They still have my broken items in their store, with no refund or replacement.

(Bad Customer is probably why they were empty).
