You made it clear that you dont need me as a consumer...

My entire family & myself absolutely love (ed) shortcake tumbles. I used them when baking for big clients (weddings etc) as well.

Recenlty its been a huge struggle to find the shortcake tumbles. I sent an e-mail to Cadbury's to complain about this, after which the person who responded a) didnt know about the shortage and said that I need to talk to the shop owners where I shop & tell them to buy stock, b) when I told her that all shop owners are also complaining about lack of availability, she didnt even have the decency to apologise or propose how we can fix it, she merely said, oh ok well, then we have a shortage.

I then asked her for management to contact me. A day later "management" did & promised to phone me back the same day. 3 days later, she phoned back and confirmed that yes, there was a shortage - tough luck basically.

This morning, to my delight, I came accross a shop that had a packet in stock. Couldnt wait to have it, only to be DISGUSTED all over again. The pack that CLEARLY reads "shortcake", was filled with chocolate coated "maltesers" COME ON!!! WHAT IS HAPPENING??? My barcode is 6001065003464
