Cannot seem to get an itemised statement from them

I am an avid fan of homechoice (though I am starting having problems with the delivery time the past couple of times); and I know that my account is paid up to date.

However - is it not possible to get emailed a detailed statement of account. I would like to view to see which of my orders have been paid in full - what is outstanding on others.

I have requested that this be emailed to me on the homechoice website, and now on three occasions telephonically as well, and so far - no joy.
