Condescending, dismissive and derogatory attitude

I visited the checkers store earlier today and was completely shocked at the way Me P. Kemp addressed the staff on the floor. In a very loud and condescending manner, she pointed at two gentlemen packing veggies in to the fridge, shouting orders with an absolute egotistical aura. I came to a complete standstill and witnessed this whereby the one gentleman noticed and then in return smiled at me and greeted. He was totally mortified and surely was I.Seconds later I passed this same woman on the floor and politely said to her: "not a very nice was to address your staff hey", She then replies by showing me the hand, "that is the only language they understand and I will speak to them that way" Me. P Kemp, being very dismissive, then carries on with a conversation she had prior to my arrival and there I stood, shocked and mind blowen in one persons rudeness and lack of professionalism. Eventually i walked away and made a U-turn at the till, back to her and requested her name. She turn to me and showed me her badge. 1. Checkers portraits itself to be a friendly family store and her attitude serves as an embarrassment to the store in my opinion. 2. She owes me an apology, a paying custome
