Markham

On the 4th of July I went to a Markham store in Mamelodi to pay the installment on my account of which I paid more than what was required. On the 19th I received my statement stating that I made a purchase and a payment on the same day. I called the call centre and they said I must do an affidavit and dispute the payment with the store which I did and now I'm being sent from pillar to post to have this issue resolved. The person who helped me could clearly see that the signature on the purchase that was made isn't mine yet they are giving me a hard time to solve my request. Can someone please sort out this mess asap
