My account is settled but i'm listed

I paid my account in full and closed it on 28 May 13 and received a paid up and closed letter, however when I do an ITC check it shows that I am in arrears with R4000, I have called in and emailed people responsible however no body gets back to me.. this seems to be a common problem at edgars, please get back to me and sort this out today still!
