Burger patties inedible

I bought 4 x fresh "gourmet / thick / quite large" hamburger patties from the Butchery counter at this store which is the one I shop at every week. They were on special at R49.99 p/kg. Ended up costing near to R60 for the 4. Took patties home and prepared them. Then served them up for dinner to find out to my horror that they were extremely spicy and filled with chilli - I assume. My 8 year old daughter and 73 year old mother couldn't eat these at all. I battled and my husband who is the only one in the house who eats spicy food was ok. The principle here is - if you are sellling "spicy / chilli" hamburger patties, why aren't they marked as such? We bought hamburger patties - as advertised. Needless to say an alternate meal had to be prepared and my hard earned money was down the tubes. Unfortunately I cannot find the slip after the fact. Please sell products that are actually what they say they are!!!
