It has been almost a month since Sandile indicated that she will get back to me. Even though I have a dispute regarding my billing, I continued to pay. I am no longer going to pay my account.
My credit limit was increased and 6 mth plan changed to 12 months without my consent!!!

I have serious complaints that are contraventions of:
o Credit control Act
o Fais Act
o Consumer Protection Act, etc.

It does not seem as though Edgars/ Edcon cares. I have been a customer for over 20 years. It is disgusting that they think this treatment is acceptable. Edgars seriously need to look into the concepts of customer service and service excellence!

I have been trying to resolve this matter long before the e-mails started and to date nobody can give me feasible explanations or solutions for the mismanagement of my account by Edgars!
